What is the voltage across the capacitor?

Answer:

More simply put, voltage acorss a fully charged capacitor is equal to the supply voltage across it (that includes the resistor that is attached in series to it to prevent intial hike in current ...i.e. the surge current while charging if no resistance it applied before it.)
